Planned Addition Of 20 New Lots

                This will be updated frequently, in order to keep prospective
                buyers aware of 20 new building lots that are planned for the
                near future, in the Scenic Hills Community  Association.

                If your heart is set on building a new home, there is a community
                map  available on this page, that will depict the location of a
                planned 20 new building lots (see below).

                A given amount of land, South of, and behind 3700 Scenic Drive,
                extending East past 3736 Scenic Drive, and then turning
                slightly Northeast, above the Lodge, on Vista Drive.

                If you would like your name placed on a list to be personally
                notified, by E-Mail, of any developments or new pertinent
                information about this planned addition, E-Mail me .  In the
                subject line, include:  "New Lots."  If you wish, you may include
                a method of contact.  The Web Master will keep your name
                and information private, and will not be released.
                This is just a service for new buyers.  Actual sales would
                be through a developer or real estate agent.

UPDATE:  9 July 2010

I contacted the developing company today, and there have been no changes, for the immediate future.

I will continue to monitor the status of the planned new lots, and report them here.
