Next Open House:  26 February, then 25 March

The Scenic Hills open house was established to create awareness of our community
and to assist in the selling and purchasing of properties here.

                               For prospective buyers, this provides a set time when all listings can be shown at
                               once, and benefit by being able to see the community, and homes without being
                               accompanied by a realtor.  This is the only time guests are allowed on the property
                               without being accompanied by a Tour Guide (volunteer resident), realtor, resident,
                               or without being sponsored as a resident's guest.

                               With the exception of holiday months, the Open House events are held monthly,
                               from 2:00 P.M.  -  4:00 P.M., on the last Sunday.  Realtors will start arriving at the
                               Lodge between 1:00 and 2:00 P.M. to start putting additional markers on their listed
                               properties, and directional signs within the community.

                                    Open House guests receive a Visitor's Pass at the entrance gate, and are directed to
                               the Lodge, where they will register, receive a tour, a map of Scenic Hills, a list of
                               Homes For Sale, and information about the community.  After the Lodge tour, they
                               are free to view the homes.

                               At 4:00 P.M. all guests must leave the property, turning-in their passes as they depart
                               thru the entrance gate.  If guests are engaged in active conversation with a realtor
                               at 4:00 P.M., the realtor may call the gate guard to extend the visit, until their business
                               is finished.  Then, the realtor and the guest must leave.

                                you may want to contact the Lodge (Mon - Fri) @ (830) 606-7548,  before
                                making your trip to Scenic Hills, and make sure no changes have been made.
