Changing The Screen Resolution On Your Monitor
Introduction:
The Scenic Hills Web Site was designed using a screen
resolution of 1024x768.
If your monitor's resolution numbers are smaller than that, what you see on your
display will be larger than what it was intended to be, and the text, images,
and other objects on the Web Pages will not be aligned properly.
Changing the screen resolution : (Windows Operating System) (MAC ... sorry, can't help you)
1. Click on START button
2. Find, and Click on "Control Panel" in the Menu window
3. In the Control Panel window, Click on the "Display" Icon
4. In the Display Properties window, Click on the "Settings" tab
5. Find the "Screen Resolution" slide bar
(make a note of the current numbers),
and change the numbers to: 1024x768.
6. Click "Apply," then "OK"
7. Close all the windows you opened
Note: This may affect the location of the Icons on your Desktop ... you may have to rearrange them
8. Return to your Browser, and "refresh the view." Everything should look just right
Note: If you desire to return to the larger screen display, follow the same procedures,
and change the numbers back to what they were
